Can NBFC's and CIC's collect income through management consultancy services?

If your Memorandum of Association permits, you can undertake the consultancy. This is on the baisis that management consultancy you propose does not in any way infringe any of the directives issued by the RBI.

That is what my query meant though my phrasing could not appropriately convey it. i wanted to know whether there were any RBI guidelines regarding the subject as i have been unable to find any myself as of now
