Sir,
My father gave Rs. 2 lakhs to a party in the name that they will return to us when they will have that. The amount was given to them in the situation when the 2nd party was troubled in a divorce case & they have to pay the amount to 3rd party as compromise. . And the 2nd party was deposited a sum of Rs.1,70,00 to my uncle. After a year my Grandfather ask 2nd party for Rs. 70,000 which was paid to 2nd party 3 years back. Then they replied that i will take my deposited money back & will not return yours. My family said let us sit and make the account, whatever the account will say, we will do accordingly. 2nd party refused to do so. After this 2nd party did a very bad act and use abusive abbreviations against my grandfather, sisters and my whole family. The next morning due to this episode my grandfather had a heart attack he died. we are completely shocked but didn't take any action thinking that he was a dirty man & what to do with it. And now on june14, @nd party's sister comes to my uncle's house saying that the money deposited to you belongs to me give it back to me. My uncle said that that money do not belongs to you. 2nd party now filed a fake case that my uncle beat his sister & refused to pay the money back.
This is the statement of the first party. Now what step the first party can take. Reply me as soon as possible

you father gave Rs. 2 lakhs to a party And party deposited a sum of Rs. 1,70,00 to my uncle.
And now on june14, @nd party's sister comes to my uncle's house saying that the money deposited to you belongs to me give it back to me.
party now filed a fake case that my uncle beat his sister & refused to pay the money back.
ans.
i suppose cash was by your side.
in circumstances stated by you defend the case showing Rs. 2 lakhs was given by your uncle out of party paid only Rs. 1,70,00 ,and on demand some heated talk stood exchanged , because of which a false case has been filed which holds no truth.
in addition you are also advised 2 file a suit by your uncle for realization of balance due out of Rs. 2 lakhs which counts 30,000
