lawyer notice given by sisters

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 24 June 2011 This query is : Resolved
dear sir,
i have a flat in mumbai.which is registered on my name.at the time of buying i have taken loan from a bank and my father has also invested some amount and he signed as a witness at the time of registration.there was no objection from anybody. for the past seven years due to transferable job i am out of mumbai. as now he is expired now my sisters have issued a lawyer notice to the society and the builder & copy to me that if i sell or transfer my flat they will sue the society & builder to the court.in this matter the society is also not allowing me to sell my flat.now my questions are.
1 ) if i transfer/gift the said flat in my wife name and share certificates will be on my name as the society is not interested in transferring will be there any problem .
2) the lawyer notice which has been issued to the society and the builder is written on the plain paper without a letter head and stamp of the lawyer . only simple signature with notice issued was written on it.

IT IS A LEGAL LETTER
you first tell about right of your sisters.
A V Vishal (Expert) 24 June 2011
Both the society and your sisters have absolutely no right to interfere in your property, you may seek legal recourse.
Kiran Kumar (Expert) 24 June 2011
rightly advised by Mr. Vishal that neither the sisters nor the society could infringe your right into the property.

you may dispose off your property as per your wish, let them take any action in the court. prima facie in this case the court will not grant any ad interim injunction.
Advocate. Arunagiri (Expert) 24 June 2011
You are the absolute owner of the property, dont worry, no body can claim it.

agree with the above experts.
