I need to know whether a complaint of misconduct can be filed against the judge of AFT, New Delhi, Shri AK Mathur for giving a judgement wherein he has made false statement as to production of Original copy of exhibits. Complaint was that the original exhibit is lost and the certified true copy being produced by the Army was not the photocopy of the original and hence the original was requested to be called for. But he relied on certified true copy and did not call for original but in final order writes that ORIGINAL WERE SUBMITTED thus telling a lie and helping army?

In the given case, it is better to file an appeal against the impugned judgment before High Court. Complaint filing shall definitely deviate your attention towards unnecessary things/fronts and main issue shall become negligible. You may make a complaint to Chief Justice of Delhi High Court citing entire documents.

Dear Major,Sh.Makkad has rightly advised you to file appeal.Moreover the issue is so insignificant that the words 'ORIGINAL WERE SUBMITTED' may be due typical error.When the Superior appellate court will see no Original are there the matter will be suitably resolved & even stricture can be passed against the Chairman.That will solve your problem too.Go ahead....
