if i am a complainant in a dishonour of cheque case against the drawer and application for the bank witnesses evidence has to be filed by me then what is the whole procedure during filing of the application and the whole procedure tiil the completion of the suit under section 138 of negotiable instrument Act 1881.

List of witnesses should have been filed with the complaint, Now if you wants to call any witness you can request to court to call him as, he is a necessary witness.

Move an application to summon the desired witnesses by way of Court help. Deposit DM as directed by court and get issued notice to those witnesses.

After conclusion of evidence led on your part, the opportunity shall be given to the accused to lead his evidence and then his statement under section 313 shall be recorded and then argument shall be led.
