It is a violation of injunction as because the Court generally grants the injunction to maintain status quo as on the date of passing of the order. Fitting the A/C will definitely violate the status quo.

If you have proof that air conditioner has been installed after passing the staus quo order then it will be definitely in violation of court order.

i have digital photograph. After taking an ad-interim stay they have installed one and latter after taking another interim injuction in a C.R.P as their status quo was dismissed in a C.M.A filed before the Addl. Chief Judge. City civil courts
