What is a meaning of Legal Notice? And Which documents can be considered as Legal Notice?

your query is very general. In law, some time is mandatory and not mandatory. For example sec 138 of the N I act notice shall be mandatory. Whereas sometimes notice for filing civil suit is not !

yes with the consent/authority letter of party.

Legal proceedings are initiated by providing notice to the individual affected. If an individual is accused of a crime, he has a right to be notified of the charges. In addition, formal papers must be prepared to give the accused notice of the charges
