Dear Experts
I am Partner of a Company. (Total 3 partners - All are in different cast). We have bought 4 vacant land in different places (All are in Tamilnadu state only) with equal rights (Signed by 3 persons for each properties.). Now we need to partition this Sites. my question is...
1) Shall we make a partition deed with us? 2) Is it possible to make a release deed for 2 persons in each document so as to retain single person in single property.
My need is to avoiding the re-registration stamp duties an Mis.expenses.

1. The question of partition deed may not be necessary. 2. The best option is for Registered Relinquishment deed by two persons in favour of the third party. Without Registration of Relinquishment Deed you cannot get legal validity for the transaction. The stamp duty and registration for relinquishment deed would be very nominal.
