sir,
i have licens,rcbook,but i forgot to take insurance one constable ask me the insurance book and i told him i fail to bring insurancebook,he ask me 200rs as bribe,i gave him but also he booked a case and ask me to give 500rs as courtfine,
whether i want to give fine,
whether he filed fir against me?

where are you from ? if you are in tamilnadu, the police will fine Rs.1000/-, if he asking such on amount either pay and get receipt of the paid amount, or handover to your bike to him and get from memo for handover after that you paid in fine before the court after release the bike, this is the procedure.

In case of failure to produce the registration certificate, insurance etc. the driver shall be given a notice to produce the same for inspection (the driving licence shall be seized to ensure compliance to the notice).
The challaning officer shall seize the driving licence of the driver under section 206 of the MV Act to ensure appearance of the offender before the Court. In case of failure of the driver to produce the driving licence the registration certificate shall be seized under section 207 of the MV Act. In case the driver fails to produce both documents the vehicle shall be impounded under section 207.

In nut shell cop has cheated you but not sure of your version that a person looking upon free buy can so easily be cheated that too by a cop.
