Inheritance rights of childern

Dear Sir,
Kindly can you plz give me citations & judgement rulings or AIR in cases where the second wife children have been given inheritance rights to the fathers property who had died intestate.The first wife & children are alive.All the concerned parties are Indian Christians.

Dear Sirs,
Thank you all for your valuable opinions, i hope this is applicable under the christian laws as well, as the above case refers to the Hindu marriage act.
