Mobile jammers

Sir,
I am residing in Chandigarh and mobile jammers are installed by the Jail authorities in Burail Jail. The range of these Jammers are such a high that it causes the connectivity problem and week signals in the various nearby sectors. Please suggest some law/legal action in this respect.

Sorry, besides requesting the Jail authorities to lessen the strength of the jammer you can do nothing.
It is question of larger law , order and security where your personal inconvenience may not ne taken into account.

You can file writ before high court and can pray to direct jail authorities to control the range of jammers within the boundaries of jail only.

You have the right to approach court of law, if the jammers of a jail affects your rights as a free citizen of India. The jammers should be restricted within the peripheri of the jail precinct.
