Applicability of minimum wages for telecom

If any employee is working in Rajasthan under vendor (contractor) principal employeer is telecom infrastructure company which is construct mobile tower and service provide to telecom operators. Which minimum wages will applicable? Rajasthan Minimum wages otherwise centeral minimum wages. Kindly guide

Rajasthan Minimum wages act,as he is working under the contractor and not under the infrastructure company or telecom provider.

Dear Team,
If establishment (principal employeer) i.e telecom company have got licence from centeral govt then whch minimum wage applicable on his contract labour. State otherwis centeral?

here the employer is the contractor.there is nothing like principal employer in this case.
as such only the state law would be applicable.

Principal is not responsible for the minimum wages being awarded by contractor to its workman or not. contractors have also to get registered with labour department and they have also to undertake to abide by the labour laws in toto so contractor is responsible and not principal employer.
