Dear Sir,
I have a query. Does any body enjoys special status before law.Why i am asking this is :-
In my fathers office one person threatens everyone else that he will lodge sc/st atrocity case against them.
Is it that easy ?
Is there any way to stop this kind of things ?
Does minorities enjoy special status. I know i am not supposed to ask this in a forum .

REPEATED,AND WELL ANSWER SIMILAR QUERY BEFORE A WEEK . The Minority is our "Ma-Baap" as vote bank of politician. A uneducated beggar, who do'nt know abc of govt ruling, has equal right, and equal value of vote that of Doctorate, well experienced, seasoned ministers, or dr, or adv :
equality, and mass population of poor community, who sell their vote are Pampers to this extent, that we have to suffer, Mere Baap, get me go. Gadhe ko bhi bapp bolna padta hai, nahi to s**la lat marega.

got it. but is that that easy to file SC/St atrocity case ?

YES IT IS EASY, AND HAD TO BE INVESTIGATED IMMEIATELY BY HIGH POST POLICE OFFICERS
WAY: KEEP aWAY, AS USUALLY IN OLD DAYS THEY HAD "DHEDWADA" OUT OF TOWN !!
Keep i pod; voice recorder on, as and when near to them , to prove you never uttered such words.
Keep witness, as and when go near him
Issue him notice that due to 8888reasons, to harass me, u threatened to file false atrocity cases agonist me , misusing acts protecting you.
u can only defend , "Mai Bap ko mar to nah sakta hai na, sirg us ka mar kha sakte ho."" Our Govt. .

The prevention of atrocity to SC ST Act is meant to the upliftment of the SC and ST. But many people are taking unfair advantage of such enactments for their personal benifits.
As stated by Mr.Shroff, the poolice are supposed to take quick and effective action on a complaint which comes under this Act and it is very difficult to disprove the allegations, although not impossible.
You can take preventive measures such as recording the threatenings by the said superior officer as advised by Mr.Shroff.

You hve to use recording devise or witnesses to prove that the person in in the habit of threatening false allegtion. Such action can also result in Disciplinary action.
