i'v got moot problem on dishonor o cheque,as m on d side o complainant,which is aggrieved person, so wt should b d issues of complainant?

read some books on NI act . do goggle search .

complainant has to prove cheque was issued in discharge of debt due and payable . on dishonour he has to issue legal notice withn 30 days . if no reply is received nor payment made within 15 days then ofeence is committed .

complainant has to prove issue of notice receipt by accused .
