Dear ALKESH JI,
I am very happy to kno that being an Advocate honestly you confessed that, you dont kno the procedure. with due respect i strongly disagree with EXPERT NADEEM JI,
But in my considered opinion that you can avail the opertunity / porovisions as laid down by in M.L.A.T, which is ratified by UOI in the year sep. 2005.
this is the only way to EXECUTE WARRANT OF ARREST OF AN INDIAN CITIZEN WHO IS RESIDING IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY, PLEASE chk the list of SCHEDULE COUNTRY WHO SIGNED / RATIFY THIS INTERNATIONAL TREATY MUTUALLY.
Regards,
SIBASISH PATTANAYAK, Advocate, CALCUTTA.

Yes this seems to be a problem in theory. If not give real details.

For Sibashish it is not as simple as you have made our ., there is long procedure , let first the true details come.
