Experts please,
I hv filed petition for probate of my father's regd will now. It is being done now after 14 years since my father passed away. The right to act became necessary now. There's no limitation period in the case of probate as per settled law. Article 137 confirms it. Can I have a couple of judgments which states there's no limitation period????

Article 113 and 137 are clear on the issue. No need for any authrity. Doubt if there is any authority on the issue. My search on the internet has not yielded any result.
