Under which circumstances the Court has power to attached the Salary of Govt. Employees.
Whether the salary of govt. employee can be attached if he did not fulfill his duty?

All the civil courts have its inherent
powers u/s 151 of CPC and court can pass orders for the attachment of salary of govt.
employee also .

while you failed to repay the loan amount the bank can attach your salary..

without default bank will not do the same..

Under section 60 of CPC the court can attach salary in execution proceeding but subject to certain conditions as mentioned therein.
