I had booked a fLat in a Property in Mumbai in 2006 . It was to be a 34 Storeyed Blfg and my Flat being on the 12th Floor, the Bldg Construction got stopped after some 14 stories ( till which i paid my installments regularly as per deand letter from the Builder)stating some Forest Land Problem.
Now all around this Construction site even around 10 meters away Contrction is already there or is taking place, but this Projct is on HOLD, on inquiry the uilder says Matter with Supreme Court and now a THree Bench Judge will decide (which is also more than a Year Old msg). Under these condition How can we all find the real position of the case at SUptreme cort ? How can we all subcribers to the Property safegurad our interest as some have not registered the Property but have been paying installment and getting receipts... What can we do to expdite the matters at the Supreme Court ,considering that what the Builder says is the truth , pl advice.
