WE AS DEFENDANT GAVE AN APPLICATION BEFORE THE M.M.ABOUT > A YEAR BACK CHALLENGING THAT THE ACT OF DEFENDANT IS NOT TRESPASSING AS ALLEGED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE PLAINTIFF.THE REPLY OF THE SAME HAS NOT BEEN SUBMITTED BY THE PLAINTIFF/COUNSEL SINCE > A YEAR AS EXTENSIONS GRANTED BY M.M.AS REQUESTED FOR BY THEM ON ONE PRETEXT OR THE OTHER.IS IT JUSTIFIED.?CAN IT BE CHALLENGED.?OUR ADVOCATE RAISES THIS POINT ON EVERY DATE BUT NOT WITH LOGIC & PRESSURE.& WE ARE THE SUFFERER FOR LAST >2 YEARS.WHAT DO YOU SUGGEST.
