Wild allegation in dvc

Wife alleged sexual and wild allegation against husband in domestic violence act (DVC) complaint i.e Husband showing prone movies and many more . Magistrate will allow to cross examine on that particular subject which is important part of complaint ??

Generally proceeding under DV Act are based upon exchange of affidavits for the purpose of evidence but it any particular party request so to do, the court may consider for the cross-examine the particular witness on a particular matter.
