Sir
I am ashok, 31 Years Old. I have a problem regarding my land Property, It’s about 2 kattha plot.
My Grand Father was 6 brothers , and My Grandfather was the Minor and Younger One. before 1950 all get Separated ,At the time of Partition in his Family the Elder brother has Parted all Land Equally but the Lands Paper has not been transferred in my grand father's Name at the time of Partition ,The Owner in the Paper is still my Grandfather’s big brother, but Possession of Land is Still with Us (50-60 years).
I don’t have rent Receipt as in Papers the Land is still my Grandfather,s big brother,
Now my Cousin is Claiming that the Particular Land was him. before this Claim ,no Claim has arises from my Cousin's family.
Now Plz. Suggest what should I do to get the Paper transferred on my name or in my Father's Name.

contact a local lawyer . property wont be transferred in your father name without consent of all legal heirs . if it is standing in name of your garndfather bother then all legal heirs have share .
you will have to prove that aprtition had taken place and all property was divided equally .

Yes Property has divided equally. my cousin's are in view , why the Paper's are not transferred. Property is divided on Good Faith as all are Brothers.
