is minimum wages act applicale to the company for office staffs to whom they are paying salary?? if yes/ no then some supporting docs will be needed. I also need payment of minimum wages rules of west bengal, 1973

normally minimum wage act is differ form state to state. so u get from the government press about the state

Minimum wages are applicable only for skilled, semiskilled and unskilled labourers and not manegerial and clerical staffs.

No doubt is applicable to Worker. But Other staff are also eligible to standard salary bearable the living cost of the particular city, you may conform from state laws
