hi a case was registered under 420 ipc ,a1-a5 are there,remand dairy was completed,a1 was arested and remanded,three among five got stay of arrest from high court,now complainant wants to withdraw against 3 among 5, is it possible, let me know,thanks

Yes he can intimate the IO about not pressing the charges against particular accused persons. This is possible before submission of charge sheet.
