Registered property detail

Dear Experts,
Is there any way to know the registration detail of property.
My client is co owner of residential property but the papers are lying with his elder brother. he is regular payer of house tax (considering first floor is his name).
But he wants the property details.
Detailed information about the property - area upto which he is the actual owner of the property.

Make a search at sub-registrar office to obtain such information.
