I HAVE DECIDED TO SELL MY PROPERTY AND HAVE APPROACHED A BROKER FOR THE SAME. HE HAS ASKED ME FOR THE PHOTOCOPIES OF COMPLETE SET OF DOCUMENTS(SALE DEED, PARENT DEED ENCUMBRANCE CERTIFICATE HOUSE PLAN APPROVAL ETC) IS IT ADVISABLE TO GIVE THE PHOTOCOPIES TO HIM OR IS THERE ANY CHANCE OF DOING FORGERY IN THIS CASE WITH FULL SET OF DOCUMENTS BECAUSE THE BROKER SAYS IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO DO ANY FORGERY EVEN WITH ORIGINAL SET OF DOCUMENTS. IS IT SO? PLEASE ADVISE ACCORDINGLY.

Otherwise how else you can convince the broker that you are real owner and not making him find buyer for other's property.
Is the broker a magician or thantrick that he will commit forgary on papers lying in your almirah, opn you house with the help of photocopies.
