sir,
one person is arrested by the police before 8 days and police have yesterday produced the accused before the court ,accused advocate filed the bail application , but police again has taken accused into custody ,inspite of several time request judge given accused to police custody ,
can next date judge give grant the bail ?
theft item is already recovered ?
public prosecutor not yet filed the objection .
can it not possible to file objection statements by the police ,when police asking for custody ?
on what are all the other grounds advocate has to argue in court to take immediate bail on next date
offense is 454 and 380

If full recovery is made then bail is likely to be given.
Since granting bail is discretionary power of the court nothing could be said for sure.

can it not possible to file the objection to bail application by app , if policy was asking for custody, even though app representing police ,can app not file objection.
