i have filled dv maytter on behalf of the applicant and in the pryer clause i add pryer fro return of stri dhan article i want to know that can i filed any other case to get back my stridhan article if yes than which case

why you want to add more cases? in DV you have already sought return of your streedhan it should suffice .

they may be liable to punishment for the offence of criminal breach of trust under S. 405 & 406 IPC.
