Minutes of adjourned meeting

A general meeting of the society was adjourned for want of auditors report, after transacting previous business of the agenda. the adjourned meeting was held after a week. Since it was the continuation of the earlier held meeting, the minutes will be one only, but then What should be mentioned in the minutes? should it be separated in two parts?
pl. advise asap. with draft - if possible.

minutes would be of 2 dates . the date of original meeting and second of adjourned meeting .
the minutes should mention that since audited accounts/ auditor report were not ready meeting is adjourned for one week .

does this mean that the minute will be single. the first part will be of original date ( ending with the reason of adjournment) and the second part will be of the adjourned date?
