amount involved is rs 3,000 . no doubt instiute cheated you . you can file consumer complaint for deficency in service for refund and for compensation . but your expenses will be more than Rs 3000 and it will take time for final order to be apssed

You have no doubt been cheated and unfortunately such incidents are appearing daily with unemployed youth.

You can file a criminal case before local police under section 420 IPC and let the action be initiated from their side.

i blindly believed the institution because they are one of the top names in automation industry. If i am filing a case, will it take my much time??? how long i have to go behind that??? i heard that, consumer court cases need not any further following up and we just need to file a case... if i am filing this case, will it affect my career???

You have not heard proper fact. consumer courts take about 3 years to decide the complaint and you either personally or through your lawyer need to persue your complaint.

If you have such time to devote then think to file otherwise............
