Sir,
I have purchased a flat with a built up area of 1367 sft as per layout plan. But the balcony which should have been provided at living room as per layout plan is removed/ not shown in the sanctioned plan. On enquiry, the contractor is replying that the flat does not have the living room balcony.
But the builder is claiming the balcony will be provided once the Occupation Certificate inspesction is over by the BBMP officials.
NOw my confusion/problem is where do I stand? what are the options i have in case the builder refuses to provide the balcony because until the inspection for issue of OC is done, no balcony will be provided and as per sanctioned plan, there is no balcony.
Pl clarify.

If balcony is included in agreement to sell or construction agreement then u can insist the builder to provide balcony otherwise without any documents u can't prove he has agreed to provide balcony
