Respected learned Advocates…
in Karnataka state only Agriculturist and whose annual income other than agriculture should be less than 2 lakhs then only he can purchased the agriculture land.
Here my question is Mr ‘A’ is not having the agriculturist status and his income exceeds 2 lakhs he purchased the agriculture land through Registered Sale deed and the khatha / mutation has not transferred to the Mr ‘A’ name since 1997. And now both the person who sold land to Mr ‘A’ and PURCHASER is offering to sale the property where Mr ‘A’ is not in possession of the property and in revenue documents he is having only Sale Deed and copy of EC and SELLER is in the possession of the property.
My question:
From whom should I purchase the land?
Thanks in Advance.

You know rules and even then asking question beyond law?
Don't purchase as having income over Rs. 2 lakh.
