if husband does't deposit maintenance amount in wife's account per month for 2 or 3 months as per court's orders than what should wife do.

The court would issue arrest warrant and the husband would be put behind the bars for one month if the arrears amount is not paid.

Dear Sheetal,

The court can atleast prescribe the latest date of every month by which your husband can deposit the amount in to your account. In the case of unspecific order, normally the affected party tries to take advantage of that. So, you may better request the court to specify a date by which your husband should deposit the amount without fail.
