Missing of documents in court

(Querist) 02 July 2013 This query is : Resolved
Rear experts,
I filed a case against a bank for declaration suit and the court numbered the suit. the case is posted for plaintiff evidence.the defendant did not turn up to the court despite repeated adjournments given by the court and court passed an EX-PARTY proceedings and plaintiff examined and certain documents marked as Ex bits in favor of the plaintiff as A1 to A9 and Decree passed.Later after one year the defendant filed a set aside petition and the same dismissed by the court again defendant filed a petition in the Dist.court and allowed and posted for both the sides evidence. The marked documents are not traceable in the .kindly advice the plaintiff.court is telling that unless the documents are traced the court can not mark the documents.is it necessary to mark them again.but fault is the court staff.please give the suggestion as the plaintiff is a old aged and heart patient.
Advocate Ravinder (Expert) 03 July 2013
