First send a legal notice through a lawyer demanding the unpaid dues. Address it to the Chairman and Head HR.

You can approach the labour commissioner of concerned jurisdiction.

There are many instances, where such employees filed criminal complaint against the charman, director, HR head and the Company under sec.406 and 420 of IPC

Agree with the expert, nothing more to add.

You do not come within the ambit of workman being Deputy Manager Sales so you need to opt only for civil court after issuance of notice through a lawyer.
