is this true that now wife will get share in mother in-law property also. i'm going through same position so afraid...
1. is it true that law has been passed completely? if true then is it applicable in session 2013 on-wards?
2. is this true that wife will get half share in property of father in-law or mother in-law? or if not half then how much share she will be provided to the wife?
3. during court proceedings can that property be transferred to married sister name then is that affect the case or not?
please advice

But sir everybody even in this forum also saying that law that women's have right in ancestral/inherited property is passed in parliament. then what is that news?? please advice..

It has not taken the form of law till date.

It has been proposed by cabinet to be tabled before Parliament for passing exercise.
Law does not get implemented even after it is passed unless it's enforcement date is published in official gazette.
There are Acts passed decade before but yet
awaiting for date of enforcement.
