Sir. I want a judgment that, judgment of the civil courts prevails over revenue courts. More over my second query is that, we have file civil suit for deceleration and permanent injunction. in the said suit we have taken the plea of adverse possession we have certain receipts of tax which had been paid by us and the affidavits of other farmers who are so closed to questioned property. the main problem is that, we have not any kind of title only one receipt of payment which also not registered but we have the possession over the land for last 20 years. In that circumstances court can grant injunction in our clients favor? i have one judgment of S.C. 2004 air-scw-4205. Can i have another judgments or any advice in support of my case.
