Seeking divorce

(Querist) 28 February 2014 This query is : Resolved
I am married in the year 2008 at Imphal. In the year 2010, my family move to Pune due to some financial problems. I have got two daughter.
Since Nov 2011, I have been staying alone as understanding was not there and in 2012 she went to her house in Imphal along with my daughters.

We have not communicated for arond a year but in 2013 I call her up and ask what she wants.. She reply that she is not interfering in my personal affairs and can do whatever I like but when i ask for mutual divorce she says that she won't give divorce. Then I ask to come and stay with me but she denies that too. What should I do?

You can file suit for divorce on the ground of cruelty and desertion.
However before that give one last try.

your wife does not want to give you divorce nor she wants to stay with you .

go and visit your daughters . try to convince her to compromise for sake of daughters . if she refuses file for divorce

Why she has such attitude. May be she does not want to leave Imphal. you may think over the problem what so ever comes from her during discussion.

Filing divorce should be the last way if no amicable solution is arrived.

Make some adjustment with your wife heartily looking after the future of your two innocent child daughters who are in absence of their father's love and affection spending their days with sorrow.

Yes, as advised by the experts, please try for reconciliation through all the sources especially keeping the future well being of your kids, as a last resort, you may seek the help of court of law for further proceedings.
