Solvency certificate

I have applied for US Student VISA and the University requires Solvency certificate. The Bank Manager denied to issue me certificate mentioning sponsorship as reason in solvency certificate. please advice me in my case what should be the format to procure this certificate from the Bank.

You should approach a bank in which you have a account.
Or
pls clarify that u got sponsorship from whome from college or ur parent, if parent the approach parent's banker
or open a bank account, deposit some money and ask them a solvency certificate, if required, take help of a Chartered Accountant.

My Paternal Aunt is my sponsor and is having the Account in the same Bank. Bank Manager is ready to provide the Solvency Certificate but not ready to mention the reason for solvency (i.e. This certificate is issued on request of account holder for the sponsorship of her nephew for further study in US) which is requirement of University
