U cannot approach the magistrate directly.

If u r an advocate and have got allegations with the court staff then you can with the permission of magitrate u can meet him directly.

Any person aggrieved by any offence committed against him, can file a complaint with the police. If the police do not respond to his complaint within reasonable time, a complaint can directly be filed before the JUdicial Magistrate of First Class under Section 200 Cr. P. C.

A complaint can also be filed directly before the JUdicial Magistrate of First Class under Section 200 Cr. P. C. In such a case, the Magistrate may refer th complaint to Police for investigation, under Section 202 Cr. P. C.

In various matter, direct approach to the magistrate can be made. In DV cases, the approach direct to the magistrate is made. Similarly complaints like 138 NI Act, Defamation, petty criminal offenses etc. are other matters in which we have directly to approach the Ilaka magistrate without approaching to police authorities.
