(Querist) 12 August 2014 This query is : Resolved
Dear Experts.
Fact of the case - I want to purchase a house of minor and as per the relevant act court permission also avail. Now I want to do a sale deed with the guardian of the minor who has right in property. We mutually decided 100000 rs. For house . But as per the jantri its around 300000.
Now my question is can court do interfere in this matter or can suo moto take action, saying that consideration of house property is too low.
As per court order guardian have to submit saledeed in the court.
Advice me.
