Morning Experts,
Can a part of property be leased out for a period of 3 years or more for just a yearly rental of Rs. 1000.
Is there any law or judgement which governs the minimum rent to be charged.
I want the rent to be charged at the least.
I am aware of the fact that in both the cases, the agreement is to be registered after paying stamp duty on it.

What is the standard rent mentioned in different state enactments?
Is it the maximum rent chargeable rent?
Further, is there any rent controlling act at the centre?

There is no law prescribing lowest or highest rent.
