To change name of spouse to another spuse, no NOC is required. No case u/s 420 or 468 IPC lies.
Challenge the case in quashing.

if car booking was in name of your wife and she had made payment of Rs 1lakh car registration should have been in her name .

Your query becomes vague to fetch your desired solution, if you you do not provide brief background of the real case, whether a dowry case, a divorce case, or a dv case.

Secondly, your statement, "now in laws ARE FILING charges ipc 420 and ipc 468 on company and me," indicates, as if they have not yet filed the case and are in the process of filing.

Thirdly, you have not clarified, which company, i.e., your own company or the car company/ distributors of cars?

Fourthly, if case is not yet filed (are filing), it is premature to ask for any solution for the present without seeing the contents of the petition. Thirdly, if mediation is going on what is the logic of filing other case(s)?

Fifthly, have you got a gift deed from your in-laws, in your favour? If not, how you treat the car as a gift for you, not for their daughter?

Sixthly, what catches you are considering to be important the same can prove to be of much less importance for you to help.

So, please describe the exact position/ problem, if you really want appropriate solution.
