Agreed with Mr. Barman.
You may seek legal opinion and help from an able Lawyer dealing in such/property/revenue/civil matters.

Issue public notice in news papers advising that no one should purchase the property which belongs to ur Grand mother. It may also be necessary to file a suit against the persons who are trying to dispose of the property without knowledge of ur G Mother and obtain injunction orders against them.Take action in consultation with local lawyer.

Instead of Will, she can even execute a registered gift deed in favor of the person of her choice, however Will is also a good choice.

I would recommend u get a gift deed executed and registered, so that u can directly handle the litigation and ur G mother would be saved of going to the curt etc.

Sir to get Grant copy from Department for this land how much days will it take? Because we already given application through RTI in March 30th 2015 but till date we not received that copy. Also one more thing that my grandmother sister and. That tenancy people's and land reformer all gathered and asking at our Grandmother for mutual settlement in this week as they said to share that property 1Share to Our Grandmother and to her sister & remaining 4 shares to Tenants & Land reformer, like way they are going to do, here tenants are not deserve to take share in this property even also they are going to give them a share after sale the property, it is totally 5 acre locate at tumkur karnataka. For that I approached one local lawyer he told me to put a case through my mother on my grandmother challenge her share from this they would't able to missuse my grand mother rights on this property like tha. That local lawyer said, is it use full to put case like this Sir.

Please understand, you have to approach a lawyer in your or nearby locality who is good in property law and discuss with him, and act according to his advice. Simply going on discussing the matter will not solve your problem, as one has to go through the documents and then only one will be in a position to give any suggestion to you.
