Procedure for settlement in mediation court

Sir I made a car accident court given verdict ie a fine which I paid....after 3 yrs again opposite party filed a repetition in court. Which is not accepted by court till now almost 1 year has passed.....Sir I want to now the procedure how to compromise this matter in mediation court.....plz guide me

Unless both the parties want the court does not send the mater to mediation/lokadalat.
So either approach the complainant or wait till finally hears your case.

Why you are in a haste? Wait till the summons, if any, is issued. The court may not take cognisance in the circumstances stated.

Don't worry.. just relax and wait for the proceeding.. if you get the summon.. approach a local lawyer and let him defend.

Thanks to all for their valuable suggestion. ...Sir both the party are ready for compromise and my advocate also suggest to go ahead with compromise. ..Sir please guide me what are the precautions should be taken during this process

Word full and final should be got written if the case is for compensation and if the case is criminal then the statement of the complainant and injured witnesses with the order of the court shall suffice exonerating you from all the charges. if any money transaction is being carried out for the purpose of compromise, the same should be handed over after making their statements.
