What are my rights in my expired father's property as my mother and younger unmarried sister are controlling his flat. We r 3 daughters n I'm eldest n married. Also what are my rights as far his other properties are concerned that he bought jointly with my mother.

On the death of your father all the daughters along with their mother inherits of the property of father in equal share.
In other words you gave 1/4th share in the property left by your father provided he has not gifted any property to any of you and left behind a Will making one of you beneficiary of Will.

To remove any doubt file a suit for partition where the picture will be cleared and you will get justice.
