Hello,
Paytm cancelled my order for an iPhone 6.
It was available on their site for RS 35 and I had made the payment..I also have the screenshot of the page I used for buying the product.. They say that it was a catalogue issue on their website..I wish to escalate this matter to higher forums...I am not responsible for their mishaps..I am a customer and they can't refuse to make delivery because of their fault..its commercial stuff not domestic issue..Let me know the best way to get desired attention..

Snapdeal was this year fined for similar instance where a person bought a product and was denied delivery of product..state or district consumer forum advised snapdeal to deliver the product.. Pls be sure whether a legal notice or complaint in consumer Court is needed...let me know
