Dear sir,
After applying for enquiry u/s 340 crpc r/w195 court has order to file miscleious judicial application.
Opposite party may approach high court
What is a limitation for him to file writ or criminal appeal ?

Withing 90 days from the date pf passing of order Revision lies in high court.
No writ petition lies though challenging such order.

In my case
I have applied for 340 crpc r/w 195
And court has ordered to file misc. judicial case.
Case has been filed but yet complaint is not filed.
In such situation if the civil suit plaintiff expires then what?
I mean what will happen about 340 crpc.

You have been giving advice to others in similar matters in forum section and even giving case laws and now asking here for remedies.
THIS HAPPENS WITH NON LEGAL PERSONS WHO MAKE OPINIONS JUST EXTRACT READINGS
Perjury case is not easy and simple as most people presume. case laws do not give complete history.You have to go in case history from day one.
