My wife went to her home and later after 2 months she filled 498A, 323, 313, 377, 504, 506, 3/4 DP act on me and my family members.
We have applied for quashing of FIR in high court and high court had ordered for mediation. High court has asked the wife to give her answer whether she want mediation or not.
I have few questions:
1. Do i need to apply stay on arrest in advance before charge sheet gets submitted? or Shall we wait for charge sheet and later apply for stay on arrest?
2. Can police arrest us during investigation? any other way to save myself and family members from getting
arrested?
3. Can charge sheet be filled by investigation officer during mediation process? or he/she can submit his/her report only after mediation end?
Please suggest. Thanks in advance.

You have already engaged lawyer to contest your case and filed petition for quashing FIR, seek his/her opinion/advise and proceed, till you have faith in him/her.
Why do you need second opinion and advise, except it is free of cost?

Accused can be arrested during investigation if no stay on arrest given by the court.

As "harasser", as your ID demotes, had you been harassing her that she felt the need to file case under 498A, 323, 313, 377, 504, 506, 3/4 DP act on you and your family members?
Anyway, if there is even a slight truth in your story, you have the dire need to hire a very capable lawyer, if not done so far, to discuss the case in detail with him and fight, including asking your questions. Replies to your casual queries may not help you unless you discuss the complete background and the present status of the case.

In such like cases the dead end of marriage is presumed prematurely by the husband before it actually happens.
In all such cases it is wife who is to be blamed. Support or rescue given to her by parents is always treated as interference.
