Discuss your real problem, rather than academic query.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 08 October 2016
Any divorce can not be complete with out court decree.

Even for mutual consent divorce, your presence for two times in the court is required.

For contested divorce, notice etc. would be issued to you.

Any such papers may not be of much help for them if seeking divorce.

Nothing can be construed from your present clarification also, unless you discuss th present status of divorce, if there is any petition.

Since he has left you, you can better file a case of maintenance in the court of law.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 08 October 2016
It seems you are Hindu.

Try for amicable settlement, take help of elders.

If not possible, discuss with local lawyer and claim maintenance, can lodge complaint of dowry demand, domestic violence.
Kumar Doab (Expert) 08 October 2016
You have been asked (forced as per your post) to sign on papers pertaining to property and divorce in 2012.

Till 2016, there is nothing like a decree from court.

Thus you should still be legally wedded wife.

'still they don't give any solution.'

Does it mean that the communications from your side are on record, to refute separation.

Certainly you may preferably discuss the matter in detail with a very able counsel at your location.

Agreed with the expert opinion.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 09 October 2016
If you discuss with local lawyer, initiate legal steps, your able lawyer would take action to save you from any steps to be taken by them on the documents got signed from you by them.
Kumar Doab (Expert) 09 October 2016
Refer to last post of Mr. Goyal.

Agreed.

Defend your interest.

Nisha,

Frankly tell whether you have anything in black and white with you in this regard and, if so, share the same with experts.
Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 09 October 2016
Show the document (if any) and discuss with a local lawyer for proper appreciation of facts, guidance and proceeding.
