Namaskar! I am paying maint in DV but wife filed now 125, stating that she got no penny.Can I file perjury,what should I do, Is application for disnissal of 125 ok

I agree with expert Mr. Devajyoti Barman and appreciate his advise.

Your advocate has to emphasis on the maintenance awarded in other case, it would be considered by the Court and the amount shall be reduced from additional award, if allowed.
